Return Policy
DevilBlades™ gladly accepts returns and exchanges for items purchased on our website within 30 days, as long as the following conditions are met:
- The item shows no visible signs of damage.
- All original packaging remains intact.
- Your request aligns with our guidelines below.
Please note: If there are any signs of damage, we cannot offer a full refund. In such cases, we may either provide a partial refund or send a replacement free of charge.
DevilBlades™ is not responsible for damages caused by improper handling or misuse of the product. Refunds or replacements will not be issued for products damaged due to customer negligence or failure to follow proper usage guidelines.
Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 30 days from the purchase date.
Certain items are not eligible for return, including intimate apparel, sanitary products, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases.
To initiate a return, we may require a receipt or proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation email including your order number.

Return Shipping
You are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning your item.
If your return is valued at over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without these precautions.
Delayed Orders Due to Stock Issues
At DevilBlades™, we are committed to keeping our customers informed and delivering orders as promptly as possible.
In rare cases of unexpected stock delays, we do not accept return or refund requests based solely on delivery timing, as long as the order is still being actively processed and will be shipped.
We will always ship your item as soon as production and quality checks are complete. We appreciate your understanding and patience in these situations.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.
Refunds and Cancellations
All sales are final once the order is confirmed.
We do not accept refund requests due to accidental purchases or “change of mind.”
Refunds or cancellations are not possible unless the item is defective or damaged during shipping.
Late or Missing Refunds
Please allow 2–3 business days for your financial institution to process your refund.

Gifts
For returns of items marked as gifts at the time of purchase, please follow the instructions outlined above.
If the item was shipped directly to you, you may be eligible to receive a digital gift certificate for the value of your return once we receive the item.
Please note: We do not issue refunds or accept return requests simply because the item did not arrive in time for a special occasion. While we understand how disappointing that can be, we are committed to fulfilling all orders and shipping them as soon as possible.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please report it to support@devilblades.com within 48 hours of delivery.
We rely on tracking information and delivery confirmation when reviewing damage claims. Failure to notify us within this period may affect our ability to honor your claim.
Misuse of Discounts & Free Offers
We want our offers to be fair for everyone.
If a customer intentionally takes advantage of our deals (for example, adding a free item to their cart but removing the main product it is meant to come with), we reserve the right to cancel the order.
In these situations, refunds will be issued at 95% of the order value to cover unavoidable credit card processing fees.
